[Verse 1]
I was in a dark place
Listening to dark days
In a prison of my mind
Stuck inside the fast lane
Always on attachment
About ready to end my time

[Pre-Chorus]
Until You came and found me
And opened up the truth
That everything around me (‘Round me)
Was made to worship You (Ooh, ooh)

[Chorus]
‘Cause life is good (It’s good)
And it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed when I know who made the weather?
Good (It’s good) and it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed about some stuff that happens later?
I’m not sad today
Every day with You is like Saturday
It’s good (It’s good) and it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed when You work all things together?

[Verse 2]
If it didn’t rain then we’d never see a rainbow
If it weren’t for pain, then we’d never would be thankful
We all got our own waves, but we in the same boat

[Pre-Chorus]
Put your hands up to the sky if someone came and found you (Jesus)
And opened up the truth (You opened up the truth)
That everything around me
Was made to worship You (Ooh, ooh)

[Chorus]

‘Cause life is good (It’s good)
And it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed when I know who made the weather?
Good (It’s good) and it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed about some stuff that happens later?
I’m not sad today
Every day with You is like Saturday
It’s good (It’s good) and it keeps getting better
Why would I be stressed when You work all things together?

[Outro]
(Why would I be stressed?)
(Feels good)
(Why would I be stressed?)
The season doesn’t get to define me
When I’m defined by You
The situation can’t make or break me
When I was made by You
The season doesn’t get to define me
When I’m defined by You
The situation can’t make or break me
When I was made by You
