[Intro: Philip Anthony Mitchell & Forrest Frank]
Muhammed is still in his tomb
And Joseph Smith is still in his tomb
And Buddha is still in his tomb
And Confucius is still in his tomb
But there is one Man (One Man)
Who was not found in a tomb
I’ve been there, the tomb is empty
He was seen alive by over 500 eyewitnesses
Who wrote down accurate accounts (Hey)
That they saw the Man who hung on a cross (Hey)
And we touched His scars
Watch this word, alive

[Chorus: Forrest Frank]
Jesus is the King and He’s alive
Hallelujah, Jesus is alive
I looked at the grave and the stone was rolled aside
As for me and my housе, we will serve thе Christ
And sing, “Hallelujah, Jesus is alive”, yeah

[Verse 1: Forrest Frank]
Yeah, Buddha is still in the grave (Yuh)
Muhammed is still in the grave (Yuh)
Except for only one name (Yuh)
Who has the power to save
Once was a slave, He set me free
Paid the whole price, know that ain’t cheap
Laid down His life, took all the heat
If I think about it, I can’t even speak
Man, He popped out that tomb with the body they buried
He’s coming back soon for the bride that He married
The scars on His back show the game that He carried
Just one day away is way further than scary
He walked on a wave in a storm
I heard He gon’ sharpen His sword
And when He returns, we will cry-y

[Chorus: Forrest Frank]
Jesus is the King and He’s alive
Hallelujah, Jesus is alive
I looked at the grave and the stone was rolled aside
As for me and my house, we will serve the Christ
And sing, “Hallelujah, Jesus is alive”

[Verse 2: Mike Malagies]
Can somebody check the tomb and tell me if you find Him there
I got the same Spirit that rose Him back to life
And God is with me, so why would I fear?
I know that Jesus is coming back, I don’t know when, but I know the way I stay prepared
I love my haters, I remember when I used to get in my feelings, now I get in prayer (Uh)
Jesus is risen, so that means we winning and we’ve been forgiven
I used to have chains, but I’m free from the prison
The devil thought he won, but Jesus is living
I’m over the moon, sweeping the devil up, go get a broom
Lifting my hands straight up like it was noon
Go check the tomb

[Chorus: Forrest Frank]
Jesus is the King and He’s alive
Hallelujah, Jesus is alive
I looked at the grave and the stone was rolled aside
As for me and my house, we will serve the Christ
And sing, “Hallelujah, Jesus is alive”

[Outro: Forrest Frank]
Jesus is alive
Jesus is alive
Jesus is alive
Hallelujah, Jesus is alive
(Jesus is alive)
(Jesus is alive)
