He accuses Julien of being greedy, pointing out that he makes money by not paying out promised prize money and twisting the rules for his own benefit.

He goes on to say that everything Julien does is toxic. HeXer also calls out Julien’s hypocrisy in trying to bring in new participants without paying off debts to old ones. He mentions being rejected from the competition in 2017, using himself as proof that Julien doesn’t actually understand the scene he claims to run. While Julien sits in a rural place making corny raps, HeXer tours and earns real money through streaming platforms.

The tone then shifts more personal. HeXer admits that he once saw JBB rappers as stars and idols, but now he’s just angry and disappointed because he sees how fake and rigged the competitions really were. He dismisses both JBB and VBT as corrupt and says that even though people told him he’s too established to bother with JBB, taking down its so-called legends is still on his list.

He hits the older JBB names again, saying they used to be seen as youth idols but are now just laughed at. The JBB label is, in his eyes, just an excuse to cover up bad music. He thinks those rappers were always overhyped and now sound even worse. He even gives them blunt advice: learn how to write real songs instead of relying on battle hype.

HeXer accepts the “troublemaker” role, saying he doesn’t care about JBB rules and dares Julien to not accept him, knowing it would make Julien look weak. He claims most battle rappers from back then aren’t even active anymore, and he mourns the loss of one of the good ones, EnteTainment. He admits he may have more to lose than others if he goes against JBB, but he still wants the final event to be live and real. In the end, he makes it clear he’ll never be friends with Julien and blames him and his team for ruining what could’ve been a fair and exciting competition.
