[Intro]
What a beautiful day to feel s*itty
Not a hair out of place and my makeup’s so pretty
Sure the sun’s shining
Don’t mean that I am
And it never rains in this city
What a beautiful day
To feel s*itty

[Verse 1]
What a beautiful day to feel lonely
In a room full of faces where everyone knows me

Not gonna smile when I feel like crying
But I don’t want anyone’s pity
What a beautiful day

[Chorus]
I know I’m not dead
Isn’t it so exciting?
Sad girl on a bench
Looking for silver linings
Doing my best is me trying

[Verse 2]
What a beautiful day to feel empty
All of these friends and still nobody gets me
There’s no denying
I’m on an island
Wishing that someone was with me
What a beautiful day

[Chorus]
I know I’m not dead
Isn’t it so exciting?
Sad girl on a bench
Looking for silver linings
Doing my best is me trying

[Outro]
What a beautiful day to feel s*itty
The weather is great, kinda makes me feel guilty
Closing the curtains
And being a burden
Saying it makes me sound b!tchy
What a beautiful day
To feel s*itty
