[Intro]
Lord, I’m just grateful that I got to wake up today
You take my worries and hurries and fade them to gray
You have good plans for me, that’s what You say
That’s how I know everything is gonna be—

[Verse 1]
I woke up late and the house’s a wreck
Couple bills on the counter, I don’t wanna check
The car needs gas and an oil change
I guess I’ll get around to that next
[Pre-Chorus]
‘Cause my son is doing front-flips on the floor
And I’m supposed to be a silly dinosaur
Somewhere in the mess, I look to you
And a new song starts to break through

[Chorus]
Lord, I’m just grateful that I got to wake up today
You take my worries and hurries and fadе them to gray
You have good plans for me, that’s what You say
That’s how I know еverything is gonna be—

[Post-Chorus]
Okay-ay, yeah (Okay)
We’re gonna be okay-ay, yeah, yay (Okay)
Okay-ay, yeah (Okay)
We’re gonna be okay-ay, yeah, yay (Uh, uh, na-na-na)

[Verse 2]
I stayed up late, scrolling on my phone
‘Cause I said I needed space to be alone
But now I’m stressed out and overstimulated
Trying hard to not lose my patience

[Pre-Chorus]

‘Cause my kids are making murals on the wall
And I’m supposed take another business call
Somewhere in the mess, I look to you
And a new song starts to break through

[Chorus]
Lord, I’m just grateful that I got to wake up today
You take my worries and hurries and fade them to gray
You have good plans for me, that’s what You say
That’s how I know everything is gonna be—

[Post-Chorus]
Okay-ay, yeah (Okay)
We’re gonna be okay-ay, yeah, yay (Okay)
Okay-ay, yeah (Ay-ay-ay)
We’re gonna be okay-ay, yeah, yay, yeah
(Here we go)

[Bridge]
I tell my worries, “You gon’ have to go away”
I tell my body, “You gon’ praise the Lord today”
I know my haters, they gon’ have a lot to say
But I keep on going and turn the cheek the other way
I tell my worries, “You gon’ have to go away”
I tell my body that you gon’ praise the Lord today
I know my haters, they gon’ have a lot to say
But I keep on going and turn the cheek the other way
I tell my worries, “You gon’ have to go away”
I tell my body, “You gon’ praise the Lord today”
I know my haters, they gon’ have a lot to say
But I keep on going and turn the cheek the other way
I tell my worries, “You gon’ have to go away”
I tell my body that you gon’ praise the Lord today
I know my haters, they gon’ have a lot to say
But I keep on going anyway

[Chorus]
Lord, I’m just grateful that I got to wake up today
You take my worries and hurries and fade them to gray
You have good plans for me, that’s what You say
That’s how I know everything, know everything is gonna be—

[Post-Chorus]
Okay (Okay)
Okay-ay, yay (We’re gonna be okay, okay)
Okay (Okay)
Okay-ay, yay (We’re gonna be okay, okay)

[Outro]
We’re gonna be gonna okay-ay (Okay)
We’re gonna be gonna okay-ay, yay
We’re gonna be gonna okay-ay (Okay)
We’re gonna be gonna okay-ay, yay (Okay)
We ain’t gotta worry (Okay), ayy
We ain’t gotta worry
No, we ain’t gotta worry (Okay), uh
