This Time Lyrics – Kirk Franklin

[Intro: Kirk Franklin]
Ooh, Lord
Times are hard, life is hard
But we’ve been here before
That’s why I know

[Chorus: Choir, Kirk Franklin]
We gon’ be fine this time
We gon’ be fine this time, we gon’ be (Uh-huh)
We gon’ be fine this time
We’ll be fine this time, we’ll be (Hey)
Made up my mind this time, finally, it’s my time

Feel it inside this time
We gon’ be fine this time
We gon’ be fine, wе gon’ be
Hands in the air, hands in the air
Long as You’rе there, You’ve got me (Uh-huh)
You’re in control, I gotta let go
One thing I know, we gon’ be (We gon’ be)
We gon’ be fine this time
Came through the fire this time (Ha)
Thought I was gon’ lose my mind, devil’s a li
od got us right this time, we gon’ be (Okay)

[Verse 1: Choir, Kirk Franklin]
Okay, okay, time’s getting hard for me
Angels watching me, yeah, protect me when I’m falling (Okay)
No, it’s okay, the plans You have for me, yeah
Greater than I can see
It’s Your Name we keep on calling
I know, I know dark days will come and go (They come and go)
But this for sure, we’ve been through this before (Yes sir)
See, we’ve been up, then we’ve been down
Hallelujah, look at us now
We gon’ be fine this time (Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
We see the light this time, we’ll be (Let’s go)

[Chorus: Choir, Kirk Franklin]
We gon’ be fine this time
We gon’ be fine this time, we gon’ be (Ha-ha)
We gon’ be fine this time
We’ll be fine this time, we’ll be (Yes sir)
Made up my mind this time, finally, it’s my time
Feel it inside this time (It’s your time)
We gon’ be fine this time
We gon’ be fine, we gon’ be
Hands in the air, hands in the air
Long as You’re there, You’ve got me (Yes sir)
You’re in control, I gotta let go
One thing I know, we gon’ be (We gon’ be)
We gon’ be fine this time
Came through the fire this time
Thought I was gon’ lose my mind, devil’s a lie (Ha-ha-ha)
God got us right this time, we gon’ be (Woo)

[Verse 2: GloRilla, GloRilla & Kirk Franklin]
Father, stretch Your hands (Stretch Your hands), You helped me understand
If anything else fail (What’s gon’ happen?), You always got a plan
The biggest prayer warrior (Hallelu-hoo), I know my words reach
‘Cause I could be in the dirt right now (But what?), instead I’m on the beach
Chilling in my B&B (What that mean?), I’m in my bag and ’bout it
Blessed and highly favored (Mm-hm)
Well, I might just’ve named my album
The devil working, (??) go crazy, somehow, he still ain’t won
You blessed me so much and it’s the fact I know You still ain’t done (Amen)

[Chorus: Choir, Kirk Franklin]
We gon’ be fine this time
We gon’ be fine this time, we gon’ be (We gon’ be)
We gon’ be fine this time
We’ll be fine this time, we’ll be (Come on)
Made up my mind this time, finally, it’s my time
Feel it inside this time (It’s your time)
We gon’ be fine this time (It’s your time)
We gon’ be fine, we gon’ be (What we do?)
Hands in the air, hands in the air
Long as You’re there, You’ve got me (Hallelujah)
You’re in control, I gotta let go
One thing I know, we gon’ be
We gon’ be fine this time
Came through the fire this time
Thought I was gon’ lose my mind (Yeah, yeah, yeah), devil’s a li
od got us right this time, we gon’ be (Let’s go)
