Shooting for the Stars Lyrics – SB19

[Verse 1: Pablo, Josh, Justin, Ken]
Staring up at the sky, when I’m reaching out, I can feel it
Feeling like I can fly and I’m calling out of my spirit
I saw the light in the distance, I found the one in a million
I held on to my sanity, ’cause I really thought I might lose it
Got a hold of my destiny, when I realized I could< choose it
I found my way when I found my wavelength
I found my strength inside, oh

[Pre-Chorus: Stell]
My dreams at night, stay ’til I awake
I stay in my bag all day

Found my direction, only way up, up (Oh, yeah)

[Chorus: Pablo, Ken, Stell]
I’ve been shooting for the stars, aiming high
The universe is ours, yours and mine
Hop up on this rocket, uh, nothing’s gonna stop it, no
Shooting for the stars, aiming high (Oh, yeah)

[Post-Chorus: Josh, Justin, Stell]
High (Oh, yeah)
Ready, aim, fire, shoot (Oh, yeah)
High (Oh, yeah)
Ready, aim, fire, shoot
Hop up on this rocket, uh, nothing’s gonna stop it, no
Shooting for the stars, aiming high (Oh, yeah)

[Verse 2: Ken, Pablo, Justin, Josh]
Looking up at the sun and I am charging up for my journey
I’ve been low, I’ve been down and out but I’m hustling, so I ain’t worried
I see the light in the distance
I ain’t never gonna stop, no, not until I’m on top (Oh)

[Pre-Chorus: Pablo]
My dreams at night, stay ’til I awake
I stay in my bag all day

Found my direction, only way up, up (Oh, yeah)

[Chorus: Stell, Justin, Pablo]
I’ve been shooting for the stars, aiming high
The universe is ours, yours and mine
Hop up on this rocket, uh, nothing’s gonna stop it, no
Shooting for the stars, aiming high (Oh, yeah)

[Post-Chorus: Josh, Ken, Pablo]
High (Oh, yeah)
Ready, aim, fire, shoot (Oh, yeah)
High (Oh, yeah)
Ready, aim, fire, shoot
Hop up on this rocket, uh, nothing’s gonna stop it, no
Shooting for the stars, aiming high (Oh, yeah)

[Bridge: Justin, Pablo]
To the stars, (To the stars) ain’t no stopping now (ain’t no stopping now)
I want to take you into the night over the moon
Basking in twilight

The universe is ours, yours and mine
