[Intro]
I threw away my phone
That s*it was set in stone
Seemed like another protagonist
Might be in the zone
Some call it healing
I might be scheming

[Rock it, mock it, cool it]
Look at the walls
They started peeling
[Pre-Chorus]
And I confirmed suspicion
The end comes to fruition
Rewinding tapes
As if my life’s some sort of science fiction
I counted three in a row
When it hatched, I am the show
I know some things, I let go
They were so beautiful

[Chorus]
Fly away, flowers
Leap into the summer
Don’t just light it all on fire
Fly away, flowers
Should I let it go
Into the unknown?
Fly away, flowers
Running all the time
Should I be there by your side?
Fly away, flowers
Guess we’ll never know
Into the unknown

[Drop]

Guess we’ll never know
Into the unknown

[Verse 1]
Time is vicious
Calling in my bluff
Fu*k ambition
It makes no difference
Forget some places we go
‘Cause I just see your ghost
I think I’m hung and held up
The day I packed up your clothes

[Verse 2]
I hear more things in passing
No proof of life after death
Someone should poison the sea
And murder my fantasy
No matter how deep I breathe
How much is not meant to be?
I know some things I let go
They were so beautiful

[Chorus]
Fly away, flowers
Leap into the summer
Don’t just light it all on fire
Fly away, flowers
Should I let it go
Into the unknown?
Fly away, flowers
Running all the time
Should I be there by your side?
Fly away, flowers
Guess we’ll never know
Into the unknown

[Drop]
Fly away, flowers
Should I let it go?
Into the unknown?
Fly away, flowers
