Ashes In The Safe Lyrics & Tracklist – Benny the Butcher, Fuego Base, Black Soprano Family

Album Overview

Ashes In The Safe is an upcoming collaborative hip-hop album associated with Benny the Butcher, Fuego Base, and the collective Black Soprano Family. The project is scheduled for release on April 22, 2026. It continues the stylistic direction associated with Buffalo’s modern street-rap movement, emphasizing detailed street narratives, minimalist production, and a focus on lyrical precision.

Musical Style and Composition

The album is expected to reflect a grounded East Coast rap aesthetic rooted in boom-bap revival influences. The production approach typically associated with Black Soprano Family projects favors loop-based sampling, subdued drums, and dark, cinematic textures.

Lyrically, the project centers on themes such as survival, organized street economics, loyalty, loss, and reflection on past decisions. The collaboration between Benny the Butcher and affiliated artists adds a layered group dynamic, with Fuego Base and other featured contributors bringing additional stylistic variation.
