[Verse 1: Mason]
Lonely parties and made-up stories
Welcome to LA, you won’t wanna stay
Don’t get me wrong, got what I want
Been writing songs, they seem to be working out
Right now

[Refrain: Zach]
But I keep checking the world clock
To see if you’re awake

[Verse 2: Conor]
Plastic faces
Conversations make me laugh, thinking about
What’d you’d say right now
This town wears me out
Checking in and checking out
There’s girls all around, but I keep wondering how
You’re doing without me

[Refrain: Zach]
But I keep checking the world clock to see if you’re awake
I keep checking the world clock, every minute of every day

[Verse 3: Shane]
Heard you say before, “Careful what you wish for”
‘Cause you just might get it
As we end the call, love you, miss you more
Don’t you forget it

[Outro: Mason]
Lonely parties and made-up stories
Welcome to LA
