[Verse 1]
Sometimes I eat sleep for dinner, hmm
Chew my food and spit it out, oh
Gluttony, Lord, forgive her
Savory turns poison in my mouth

[Pre-Chorus]
How can something meant to keep you alive
Keep you from living?

[Chorus]
All I do is think about what goes in my mouth

If it should go in and how I can get it out
Oh, I’ve had my ups, but I’m going down
I’m screaming, I’m screaming, I need some help
I can’t get better, I don’t know how
When all I do is think about
What goes in my mouth
What goes in my mouth

[Verse 2]
Sometimes I eat sleep for dinner (Oh), hmm
Drown the hunger in my bed (Oh), oh
One skipped meal away from thinner
And I’m five away from looking like the girl in my head (Do I? Do I?)

[Pre-Chorus]
How can something meant to keep you alive
Keep you from living?

[Chorus]
All I do is think about what goes in my mouth
If it should go in and how I can get it out
Oh, I’ve had my ups, but I’m going down (Going down)
I’m screaming, I’m screaming, I need some help
I can’t get better, I don’t know how (I don’t know how)
When all I do is think about (I don’t know, I don’t know how)

What goes in my mouth
What goes in my mouth

[Verse 3]
It’s my only hobby, counting every calorie
It started innocent, but I think it’s killing me
Swear that I’ve tried stopping, but I can be so mean
When it gets real bad, I just go to sleep

[Outro]
Sometimes I eat sleep for dinner
Sleep for dinner
