[Verse 1]
When they come out
Unfunny words from your funny mouth
I take them inside
Are you man enough to compromise?
[Chorus]
If there’s a light, don’t let it go out
Take it in stride, put your foot in your mouth
Will we be alright?
Alright
Alright, ‘ight
Alright
Alright
[Verse 2]
Everyone sleeps
Everyone wakes up (Wakes up)
And everyone dreams
And everyone breaks up (Everyone breaks up)
[Chorus]
But if there’s a light, don’t let it go out
Take it in stride, put your foot in your mouth
Will we be alright?
Alright
Alright, ‘ight
Alright
Alright
Alright
Alright
Alright
[Outro]
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
Everyone sleeps (Everyone sleeps)
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
And everyone wakes up (Everyone wakes up)
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
Everyone sleeps (Everyone sleeps)
(Mm-mm, ah, mm-mm-mm)
And everyone wakes up (Everyone wakes up)
